The "Personal and Professional Competencies Development Course" for public employees was successfully completed

The "Personal and Professional Competencies Development Course" for public employees was arranged by the Defence Institution Building School and successfully completed there.

The participants learned about the essence of the state, the principles of the Georgian Constitution, civil service, anti-corruption policy, and administrative proceedings, as well as the country's strategic vision in European and Euro-Atlantic institutions.

Besides from the legal and ethical aspects, the program intended to improve civil servants' social abilities, such as the communication skills, work in a team, time management, and providing superior public services.

This training course emphasized all of the important aspects that a public servant needs to know in order to do his or her job.

The program was designed for Georgia's Ministry of Defense, its subordinate legal entities, Defense Forces , and the security sector.
